During my eight years at Essent Guaranty, I was responsible for the design and delivery of instructor led and online courses targeted to individuals in Mortgage Industry and provided to customers as a value-added service.
I was also part of the cross-functional Sales Enablement team where I was responsible for the design and delivery of learning solutions for the field sales force.
