When RMIC adopted Microsoft SharePoint as the primary network storage and collaboration platform. As the lead trainer, I designed a 90-minute instructor led class and worked with two other trainers to deliver the class to over 300 employees.

Workflow and Imaging

When RMIC migrated to a paperless system for Mortgage Loan Underwriting. The two-part learning solution incorporated both training on the application and organizational change management. Training was delivered online with a live instructor.

Risk Management

In order to better manage internal projects, corporate leadership determined that improved risk management would aid in bringing in projects on time and on budget. This class was delivered to 12 Project and Program managers in a classroom environment.

SQL Query Analyzer

In order for Business Analysts to gather and consolidate meaningful and actionable data, this course was developed to teach the BA’s how to utilize MS Query Analyzer.
