I’ve been reading a lot of articles lately on Organizational Change Management (OCM).  It looks like many companies are finally embracing the idea that implementing a framework or a model to manage the people side of change improves the likelihood of successful implementations and improved ROI.

Over the past two decades I’ve lead a number of training projects associated with the implementation of new operational systems or applications and overtime, I’ve become pretty good at recognizing when employees are going to embrace the new and when they are going to struggle.
